Shipping Policy

All garments from The Second Day are made to order or in small production runs. We ship worldwide from our studio in Zaragoza, Spain.

Processing Times

Standard production time is 10 to 15 business days for made-to-order garments. For in-stock items, orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Orders placed during holidays, collection launches, or peak periods may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method. We offer tracked shipping on all orders.

Domestic Shipping (Spain)

Standard shipping: 2–4 business days
Express shipping: 1–2 business days (when available)

International Shipping

Europe: 3–7 business days
North America: 7–10 business days
Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

These are estimated delivery times provided by our carriers. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority for more information.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you do not receive it, or if you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier. However, The Second Day is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by postal services or customs.
