<p>You may return eligible items within <strong>14 days of receiving your order</strong>, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.</p>

<h3>Conditions for Returns</h3>

  <li>Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.</li>
  <li>All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.</li>
  <li>Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.</li>
  <li>Made-to-order or personalized items are not eligible for return.</li>

<h3>Non-Returnable Items</h3>

  <li>Garments with custom tailoring or alterations.</li>
  <li>Gift cards or downloadable items.</li>
  <li>Final sale or clearance items.</li>

<h3>Exchanges</h3>
<p>We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.</p>

<h3>Refunds</h3>
<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within <strong>5 to 10 business days</strong>.</p>
